Yes — pick whichever works for you in the "Date & location" step. Online lessons run over Zoom; no account needed, just click the link in your confirmation.
Yes. You can choose from the instructors assigned to your topic who have an open slot.
Your camera or gear, a charged battery, memory card, and any lenses or software you want to cover. Your confirmation email includes a checklist.
Pay once and your remaining credits are stored in Acuity. Your confirmation email includes the package code to use when booking the next lesson.
Use the management link in your lesson email. Rescheduling is available until 24 hours before the lesson. If you cancel a standalone $100 lesson at least 24 hours ahead, the full $100 is refunded to the original payment method. If you cancel inside 24 hours but before the lesson starts, you receive one lesson credit for a future booking. If you booked with a package, one lesson credit is returned to that package. After the lesson begins, cancellations and no-shows are reviewed by Milford Photo.
